Bali Event Venues is a curated directory that helps you discover, compare and enquire about venues for events across Bali. We connect you with venues and their teams. Unless stated otherwise, the event itself is contracted directly between you and the venue.

Browsing venues, building a shortlist and sending an enquiry are free for guests. You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us or a venue, and to use the directory only for genuine event planning.

When you send an enquiry, your details and selected venues are shared with our team so we can request pricing on your behalf. Quotes are provided by the venues and are subject to their availability, terms and any conditions they set. A quote is not a confirmed booking until the venue confirms it in writing.

Prices shown or quoted are set by the venues. Unless a venue states otherwise, prices are intended to include any applicable taxes and service charges. Always confirm the full, final price with the venue before you commit.

Where a deposit is required to secure a booking, it is processed through a trusted, secure payment partner. Deposit, payment and refund terms are set by the venue and will be shared with you before any payment is made.

We inspect and review venues before listing them and work to keep information accurate. Even so, details such as capacity, pricing, availability and facilities can change. We do not warrant that every detail is complete or current, and we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of a listing.

Venue owners and managers who list with us are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for honouring the pricing and terms shown on their listing. Listings are published at our discretion and may be edited or removed to maintain the quality of the directory.

Bali Event Venues acts as an introducer between you and venues. We are not responsible for the conduct of any venue or third party, nor for the delivery, quality or outcome of any event. Your contract for the event is with the venue.
