When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, along with the details of your event such as event type, preferred date, guest count and the venues you selected. If you list a venue with us, we collect your contact details and the information you provide about your property, including business licensing details.

We also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited, which helps us keep the site working well.

We use your enquiry details to request pricing and availability from the venues you selected, and to send you their quotes. We use your contact details to reply to you and follow up on your booking.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

When we forward your enquiry to a venue, we share the event details needed to prepare a quote: event type, preferred date, guest count, the spaces or packages you selected, and any notes you added. We do not share your name, email address or phone number with venues at the enquiry stage. Our team handles communication with you directly.

If you accept a quote and proceed with a booking, contact details are shared with that venue so the booking can be completed.

We use trusted providers to run the service, including hosting, database and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to deliver the service. Where payments are involved, they are handled by a secure payment partner and we do not store your card details.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

We use only what is needed to keep the site functioning, such as remembering the venues in your inquiry list. We do not use advertising cookies.
